New Edited Volume: "Media Practice and Everyday Agency in Europe"

The volume deals with the question how media change is related to everyday agency and sense making practices.
In the chapters "Dynamics of Mediatization", "Transformations", "Methods" and "The Social" the book comprises 26 contributions on current issues of communication, media and mediatization research. Among them are the following articles by members of the priority program 1505 "Mediatzed Worlds":

- Friedrich Krotz: From a Social Worlds Perspective to the Analysis of Mediatized Worlds
- Andreas Hepp: Communicative Figurations: Researching Cultures of Mediatization
The edited volume is based on the 2013 European Media and Communication Doctoral Summer School that was organized at the ZeMKI, Universty of Bremen in cooperation with the European Communication Research and Education Association (ECREA).
