Workshop within the priority program "Mediatized Worlds", 2nd and 3rd April 2014 at Goethe University Frankfurt.

The workshop aims at relationing the three concepts discourses, media and practices. How can these three dimensions of social processes be interrelated? And could these interrelations lead to a conceptual sharpening of these concepts? What do different research traditions have to offer in this regard?

The workshop brings together projects from within and outside the priority research program "Mediatized Worlds" to discuss these quesions and to specify an understanding of mediatization as a process of change that has to be investigated in concrete settings.
